Attitude: Good sleep (~9:20). Rain day. Last month’s goals were to make a 10-mile run at any speed (not done), to make a 6 MPH run at any distance (not done), and to achieve Level-5 Garmin status (done). This month’s goals are to make a 10-mile run at any speed, make a 6 MPH run at any distance, return to 157 pounds, and do 5 things per week (walk, run, bike, swim, weights).
