Nutrition: Breakfast @ Goldberg’s, with Carol. Dinner a salad.

Attitude: Long sleep (~9:05). Nice day.

Activities: I still have a sore ankle from falling down the stairs Saturday. I edited some bridge notes. Goals for the month are to make a 10-mile run at any speed, to make a 6 MPH run at any distance, and to achieve Level-5 Garmin status.
