Run/Walk: one 3-mile walk on Davis Oaks trail; one 6.55-miler walk/run on the treadmill; one 1.0-mile run on the treadmill.

Weightlifting: None.   Calisthenics: None.

Garmin Badges: 230 points, 55 Challenges, ~219 IM/day (219-0)

Nutrition: Breakfast @ Panera, with Carol. Dinner a salad.

Attitude: Adequate sleep (~7:30). Nice day.

Activities: I still have a sore ankle from falling down the stairs Saturday. New month, new goals. I’d like to win 22 challenges (end at 75). I want to end the month at less than 20% body fat. Today I worked on the Davis Oaks website by adding home links. I also took bridge-game notes. [Final results for October: I’ve won 82 Garmin challenges. Body fat is 19.7%. Weight is 156.6 pounds. I’ve run 5 miles a few times.]
