Nutrition: Breakfast @ Panera, with Carol. Dinner a salad.

Attitude: Very good sleep (7:14). Nice day.

Activities: I still have a sore ankle from falling down the stairs Saturday. Today I worked on the desktop and mobile versions of website. I attended the CDSC bridge class.
