Run/Walk: (1) Treadmill, walked for 60 minutes. (2) Neighborhood walk for 5,000 steps. (1) Treadmill, walked for 60 minutes.

1.5 mile Run: None

Weightlifting: None.

Calisthenics: 0 push-ups.

Nutrition: Breakfast at Flying Biscuit, with Carol. Dinner a salad.

Attitude: Good sleep (9:49 total: 4:19 deep !!!). Warm December day.
