Walking: Indoors (25,000) and neighborhood (5,000).

Run/WalkWalked 5.0 treadmill miles in 78:55 minutes. Ran/walked another 5.0 treadmill miles in 73:17 minutes; I alternated between running 1/8 mile at 4.5 MPH and walking 1/8 mile at 3.8 MPH, with a max of 125 BPM.

Weightlifting: None.

Calisthenics:  100 push-ups.

Calories: unknown. Breakfast at Flying Biscuit. FB was very generous in their portions. Dinner a salad.

Attitude: Adequate sleep. Cool weather.
