Weight: 166.6 lb.  Steps: Total=20,064; Running=0. Pushups:  100.
Lift Reps: 22 @ 20 lb.  Quarter: Biceps=13.25″; Fat=22.5%; Chest=39.5″; Waist=37.5″.

Goals for Next Quarter: Continue with ~20,000 steps/day; 20# lifts; 8# curls; 100 push-ups/day; running in the woods; 1.5 mile test taken every Wednesday; decreasing body weight; decreasing fat% and BMI.

Treadmill: None

Walking: Indoors (13,000) and neighborhood (7,000).

Run/Walk: None.

1.5 mile Run: None

Weightlifting: Did 10 sets of weights, using 20 lb and 8 lb barbells. Each set was 22 reps max of military lifting with the 20 lb, and 50 reps exactly of curls with the 8lb. [I cannot do several sets of military lifts with my left arm. I can do curls about the same with my left arm.]

Calisthenics:  100 pushups.

Calories: unknown. Breakfast at OGM. Dinner a Panera salad.

Attitude: Good sleep. Damp Morning. Rain in evening for our neighborhood walk, so we paused under a tree for 10 minutes.
