Weight: 167.2 lb.  Steps: Total=21,479; Running=0. Pushups:  100.
Lift Reps: 22 @ 20 lb.

Treadmill: None

Walking: Indoors (13,000) and neighborhood (7,000).

Run/Walk: None.

1.5 mile Run: None

Weightlifting: Did 10 sets of weights, using 20 lb and 8 lb barbells. Each set was 22 reps max of military lifting with the 20 lb, and 50 reps exactly of curls with the 8lb. [I cannot do several sets of military lifts with my left arm. I can do curls about the same with my left arm.]

Calisthenics:  100 pushups.

Calories: unknown. Breakfast at OGM. Dinner a Panera salad. I’m trying to eat very little at the end of the month, so that my end-of-month weight will be good.

Attitude: Good sleep. Ground  is wet in the morning.
