Walking: Indoors (about 18,000), woods (about 10,000), and neighborhood (about 2,000).
Run/Walk: I ran for half of each lap in the woods. That is, I ran 200 steps, then walked 200 steps, and did this for about 10,000 steps.

Weightlifting: Did 10 sets of weights, using 20 lb and 8 lb barbells. Each set was 22 reps max of military lifting with the 20 lb, and 50 reps exactly of curls with the 8lb. [I cannot do several sets of military lifts with my left arm. I can do curls about the same with my left arm.]
Calisthenics: 100 pushups.
Calories: unknown. Breakfast at Panera. Dinner a Panera salad. I’m trying to eat very little at the end of the month, so that my end-of-month weight will be good.
Attitude: Great sleep. Rain started in the evening. I walked just 2,000 steps in the rain, w/o Carol.
