Run/Walk: I ran for half of each lap in the woods. That is, I ran 200 steps, then walked 200 steps, and did this for about 8,000 steps.

Weightlifting: Did 10 sets of weights, using 20 lb and 8 lb barbells. Each set was 21 reps max of military lifting with the 20 lb, and 50 reps exactly of curls with the 8lb. [I cannot do several sets of military lifts with my left arm. I can do curls about the same with my left arm.]
Calisthenics: 100 pushups.
Calories: unknown. Breakfast at OGM. Dinner a Panera salad.
Attitude: Nice weather in the morning. Great sleep.
