Weightlifting: Did 10 sets of weights, using 20 lb and 8 lb barbells. Each set was 20 reps max of military lifting with the 20 lb, and 50 reps exactly of curls with the 8lb. [I cannot do several sets of military lifts with my left arm. I can do curls about the same with my left arm.]

Calisthenics: 62 pushups

Calories: unknown. Breakfast at Panera. Panera salad for dinner.

Attitude: Good day, but bad weather for outdoor activity. Hannah visited. The light drizzle kept us on the porches rather than in the yard. I slipped and got muddy because Hannah liked to throw the ball out into the rain.
