Walking: Indoors and neighborhood. The neighborhood walk was closer to 7,000 steps than our normal 5,000 steps as the weather was very pleasant (very light cool rain).

Attitude: Tired all day. Not much sleep by my standards (about 8 hours). Somewhat exhausted by yesterday’s 30,000 steps. So I did a few chapters of a Thomson Reuters pitot course on Cash Flows.
