Weightlifting: Did 4 sets of weights, using 20 lb and 8 lb barbells. Each set was 15 reps of lifting with the 20 lb, and 100 reps of curls with the 8lb. [I cannot do several 15-rep sets with my left arm. I cannot do 100-rep sets of curls without minor rests.]
