Goals: Today will be second day of minimum steps increased to 15,000/day. My good intention is to NOT turn on the computer until reaching 5,000 steps. I’ll do 5,000 steps in the morning, 5,000 steps in the afternoon, and 5,000 steps in the evening. I need to lose weight, particularly fat, and just get healthier.
