Walking: Neighborhood walk for 8,000 steps.

Weightlifting: One hour of walking with weights. Started at 5:32 pm @ 2,033 steps, ended at 6:30 pm @ 6,955 steps.

Calisthenics: None

Goals: Today will be first day of minimum steps increased to 15,000/day. My good intention is to NOT turn on the computer until reaching 5,000 steps. I need to lose weight, particularly fat, and just get healthier.
